Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire youth to expand their horizons and fulfill their potential. Adventures believes that a significant breakthrough occurs when a talented teen is mentored by an accomplished adult. This can happen in a minute—or over a lifetime—but the results are the same: passions are reignited, horizons expanded and a new world is opened up to our 15-18 year old scholars.
Our Mentors

Our mentors include astronauts, artists, athletes, economists, entrepreneurs, inventors, journalists, MacArthur geniuses, Nobel laureates, public servants, Pulitzer prizewinning writers, tech titans, scientists, scholars and more. There is no other student program like Adventures where a teen can go from having breakfast with an astronaut, to finishing the day by playing chess with a champion.
Our Impact

We are making a difference in the lives of young people by introducing them to a unique combination of ideas and individuals at a critical time in their lives—just before they have finalized their post-high school plans. This is especially true for high potential students who traditionally are overlooked because they lacked the grades and test scores necessary to be noticed.
